2. Terms and Conditions
- Training sessions are conducted live via virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet).
- Access to sessions is granted only after successful payment through Razorpay.
- Meeting invites and session links will be sent to your registered email address.
- All session content, materials, and recordings (if shared) remain the intellectual property of Qaximus Software Private Limited and are for personal use only.
- Participants are expected to join sessions on time and maintain professionalism throughout the training.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Qaximus Software Private Limited follows a strict no-cancellation and no-refund policy. Once payment is completed, we do not process any cancellations, rescheduling, or refunds, under any circumstances.
We encourage all participants to review the course outline, duration, and session details before making payment. By enrolling, you agree to this non-refundable policy.
4. Shipping and Delivery Policy
As we offer live online training, there are no physical products or shipping involved. Upon successful payment, session invites will be shared via email within 24 hours, typically sooner. You will receive all relevant joining instructions well ahead of the training schedule.
